 Tl- the contact owns a 2008 subaru forester. the contact stated that the vehicle exhibited an abnormally strong gasoline fuel odor while parked. the contact had not noticed a leak. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was advised that the fuel pump housing gasket needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 25,300 and the current mileage was 34,399. kmj

 Tl- the contact owns 2008 subaru forester. the contact stated while the vehicle would be parked in the garaged a strong odor of fuel was coming from the vehicle. the contact stated that no warning light illuminated and no leak was coming from the vehicle. the vehicle was token to the dealer. the dealer stated the fuel pump housing gasket had to be replaced. the vehicle was repair but the odor returned. the manufacture was contacted. the failure mileage 25,300 the current mileage 34,399.jp
