| The issue with my vehicle is that we have to push the brakes too far before the brakes start working. i reported the matter to subaru service dealer in rapid city, sd and to subaru (complainted through their website), the subaru dealer checked the brakes and they say they are all good and normal. so far we did not have any incident caused by this but we are not happy and do not feel safe. we have driven a no. of vehicles but this is the only vehicle where we need to push the brakes so much down. | |||

| Tl- the contract owns a 2009 suburu forrester. the contact stated that while driving the brake pedal went to the floor and the vehicle slowed down but would not stop, after a loud noise was heard. the brake pads on the rear passenger side were gone after inspecting the vehicle. the dealer stated that the vehicle should be brought in for diagnostics. the owner of the vehicle does not feel the vehicle is driveable. suburu advised that brake pads are not covered under warranty. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure and current mileages were approximately 40,000. vin unknown. rd | |||
