| Tl* the contact owns a 2008 subaru impreza. the contact stated that while exiting a drive-thru, the vehicles exhibited a loud bang and the vehicle immediately accelerated abnormally. the contact attempted to apply the brakes, but there was no response causing the contact to crash into a tree. the contact was severely injured and was taken to the hospital. the vehicle was destroyed. the contact was told that the throttle had erroneously opened fully and would not close, causing the vehicle to accelerate abnormally. the failure and the current mileages were 20,000. | |||
