All 4 tires are cupped, tires have been rotated several times prior to my purchase as per bridgestone dealer, susuki dealer says this is normal for the vehicle and they (bridgestone and susuki know of it). several neighbors have the same vehicle, different year ,1999 and 2001 and donot have this problem.  I took my suv to the service depart on may 30 because the key wouldn't come out of the ignition. i am the 2nd one to report it. i am still waiting on the part for it. now, it's 4 more after me who is having the problem. they didn't wanted to provide me with a rental car until i got my lawyer involve. please have this as a recall. i just received a letter on the fuel pressure regulator, and they don't have the part for that either. also i bought my car may 00 and had to replace all 4 tires in march 01. they were bridgestone tires. i told the service depart about them and told me they couldn't do anything about them. i had to get a front inlinement 2 times before i change my tires. *ak
TIRES - TREAD/BELT
10/01/2000
The vehicle was purchased from farrish automotive. however, customer service in service dept. was so poor that i started taking it to woodbridge-suzuki. not long after purchasing vehicle, i noticed that tires did not have much tread.i've had all required services since owning vehicle: tires rotated, oil change, recommended maintenance at dealer. during earlier visits, i expressed concerns to dealer because the tires didn't have much tread, and they said the tires were fine. the dealer which i purchased vehicle from said the vehicle was a demo, it had 7,000 mi. on it when i purchased. i've only put 16,000 miles on it. the dealer said the tires are not covered under warranty. however, service manager at dealership said he would take it to tire company to see if they would prorate. he took vehicle to ntb, i don't understand why he didn't take it to firestone. he claims firestone has nothing to do with bridgestone. i'm basically getting the run around. i need direction on what steps to take next. i thought that ntsa would be a good starting point. it's not right that i have to pay out of my pocket for a problem that's not my fault. thanks for your time in advance. *ak
