| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 suzuki gsx-r600. while driving 60 mph, the speedometer would not function correctly and would display approximately 7-9 miles over the actual speed. the mileage indicator would also display a higher mileage than what was actually on the vehicle. the dealer stated that they would attempt to replace the speed sensor. when the contact retrieved the vehicle, the dealer stated that the issue was corrected and would only read 1 mph over the actual speed. when the contact took the vehicle home, she noticed yet again that the same failure occurred. she returned to the dealer and they stated that it was acceptable for the speedometer to be off approximately 10% of the actual speed. the failure mileage was approximately 30. updated 05/28/08 *bf | |||
