Problem with the anti-lock brakes. brakes would shudder, make a loud noise and vibrated. had to pump them to come to a complete stop. coleman dealership (lawrenceville, nj 08648) claimed it was due to warped rotors. replaced rotors brake pads and flushed brake system. problem recurred immediately after leaving the dealership. returned car to dealership on 6/08/2010. dealership stated the problem was due to a broken sensor. dealership replaced sensor under warranty, but problem with sensor recurred after 10 months and the anti-lock brakes do not work. was told the brake failure was due to a broken sensor again. car is unsafe to drive. also, air bag light stays on continuously (told this would not affect air bag performance) but that it is an electrical problem.

From a full stop i stepped on the accelerator to get up to 40 miles an hour then loose power, speed drops down to 20 to 25 miles and hour and then the engine light starts flashing. power returns and engine light stops flashing and stays on. this has happen dozens of times and i have take it in to the dealer to be repaired today will be the 4th time for the same thing. i have stopped driving it on the hwy because i was almost hit by a truck when entering hwy and lost power. since researching this vehicle i have found two others with the same make model and year with the same problems. *jb

I just purchased a 2005 suzuki verona 5 months ago, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. i'll be on the road and all of a sudden the car will hold back (stall) and drop to less than 20 miles per hour. i've also taken the car to the dealer over 6 times because my check engine light will not come off, and they have yet to fix that. they've put in new sensors twice, flushed the computer various times, and the problem still persists. if this doesn't get fixed my car won't even pass inspection to get my plates and it doesn't even have 20,000 miles on it yet. *nm
