| Tl* the contact owns a 2007 suzuki xl7. the contact stated that the steering wheel was exhibiting an abnormal noise. in addition, water was entering the vehicle abnormally and onto the passenger side floorboard. the contact stated that the water was leaking from the sunroof and the dealer repaired the sunroof however, the failure persisted. the contact stated that mold was forming in the vehicle and the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who offered no assistance. the vehicle was also taken to a second dealer for the steering wheel failures where the contact was advised that the bushings would need to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired, as the part needed fro repairs was on backorder. the horn had also failed. the manufacturer was not notified of the failures. the vin was unavailable. the current mileage was 48,082 andthe failure mileage was 35,000. | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 suzuki xl7. the contact stated that when it rained, all the water poured in on the passenger side floorboard. at first, it leaked through the sunroof. the dealer fixed the sunroof but it began leaking on the passenger side. she had to park the vehicle under shelter to avoid the leaking. because of the leaking, mold formed. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who offered no assistance. the contact also stated that the steering column made a squeezy noise when the wheel was turned. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who stated that because of a steering rack failure, the bushing needed to be replaced. the vehicle had not been repaired as the part was on backorder. the horn also needed to be replaced. the manufacturer had not been notified. the vin was unavailable. the current mileage was 48,082. the failure mileage was 35,000-bk | |||

| In 2007 we purchased a new 2007 xl7 suzuki. it now has 14,000 miles and is falling apart. first the luggage rack came loose- never had used it- i fixed this my self. next the vanity mirror on the sun visor broke off. now the drivers side door handle has falling off. all of this and every couple of weeks the check engine light comes on for a few days then goes off- the gas cap is not loose ! for the cost this car retails for you think it would last more than 1 or 2 years. *tr | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 suzuki xl7. while the vehicle was parked the contact noticed the driver and passenger side floor board were wet due to water leaking from underneath the dash board. there was also water inside the front interior lighting cover on the roof of the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. the technician stated the air conditioner lines were clogged and had to be flushed in order to repair the failure. after the vehicle was repaired, the failure continued to occur. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 100,000. rvk | |||
