I bought by 2007suzuki xl7 in december 2006. ever since that time i had many different problems. the main one being the windshield wipers. whenever it rains/snow heavily, the wipers fail to work on the low and normal speed. in order for me to make them work, i have to put them on the high speed first and then shift the wipers down to the lower speed. when i went to the dealership to complain, they actually told me that there was some sort of recall on the wipers, so they went ahead and changed them. that never fixed the problem. on 5-10 more occasions, the wipers failed to work again. we brought the car in and explained the situation. the dealership couldn't duplicate the problem, so they wouldn't fix it. we came to find out that the wipers failed to work properly when there would be a significant amount of rain on the windshield. the wipers have not worked properly for another 6 months. *tr |
