Tl*the contact owns a 2007 thor california jazz. the contact experienced multiple failures with the vehicle on several occasions. when she tested the outdoor shower, the water pump would not shut off and caused major water damage. the dealer stated that the hot water elbow to the outside shower failed and flooded the storage area. when the contact attempted to winterize the vehicle, she drained all of the water from the vehicle. she opened the vehicle a few days later to make sure the door was locked and her husband received a shock from the vehicle's door. when he attempted to open the front door, he received another shock. he attempted to unplug the vehicle and received a third shock. he had to unplug the vehicle from a dedicated outlet and received no shocks. the contact went to the dealer and they stated that they would have to speak with one of the service technicians at the manufacturer. another dealer was notified and they stated that the shocks could possibly be coming from the condenser failing due to the water damage. the contact is in the process of notifying the manufacturer. the failure mileage was 10 and current mileage was 14.

Refrigerator fails: the refrigerator fails when on propane or electric. had 5th wheel back to the dealer after a month long trip, in which we had 3+ fails. dealer had 5th wheel for a month and, per phone call from dealer, that they had it fail while in electric mode. the failure was: refrigerator switched to propane on it's own. they reset the computer and could not get another failure. i picked the 5th wheel up and took it home. i hooked up to electric and on the third day refrigerator failed, it quit cooling altogether. i was told by the dealer that they could do no more for me and take it to the manufacture. i did and was informed that there wasn't anything wrong. they said to come and pick the 5th wheel up. i went to pick up the 5th wheel and as we walked around 5th wheel for release inspection, the refrigerator failed. dealer said to reschedule for another appointment to have refrigerator computer replaced. dealer contacted me to inform me that the manufacture would contact me, this was in october of 2008. i have not received a phone call, email or letter from manufacture. *tr
