 The consumer received recall notice 02v-021 or the rear suspension, the recall notice stated that the repair would take approximately 30 min but after 4 1/2 hours the dealer notified the consumer that the parts to make the repairs were not available, several weeks have passed and the recall has not been completed. nlm
