| Tl-the contact owns a 2005 toyota 4runner. while driving approximately 30-35 mph he noticed a chemical odor in the vehicle. he noticed the smell 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. he stated if the windows are open the smell was stronger. the contact stated because of the smell he was taken mediation. the vehicle has been taken to an authorized dealer 6 times. he was not sure what the dealer did but it did not correct the problem. he was advised to change the type of fuel he used but that did not correct the failure. he has talked with the manufacture and they suggested he changed the fuel which he had already done. he stated the dealer nor the manufacture wants to talk with him at this point. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was 6 miles and the current mileage was 48,200. vwb | |||
