| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 toyota 4runner. while parked the vehicles lift gate was open and closed on its own with force while the contact was standing under it. the contact stated the lift gate is no longer automatic and she has to manually open it. the vehicle was going to be taken to the dealer for diagnostic. the manufacturer was contacted and a complaint was filed. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 11,500. ds | |||
