| Tl- the contact owns a 1996 toyota avalon. the contact was involved in a crash. the vehicle was destroyed. the vehicle had to be cut in order to remove the contact and he was taken to the hospital via ambulance. the contact sustained a fractured hip. while attempting to accelerate forward, the contact stated that the accelerator pedal remained stuck to the floor and caused him to crash into a building. both the dealer and manufacturer had not been notified. the failure mileages were 226,444. a police report was available. the vin was unavailable. bw | |||
