| I am only owner of this toyota, it is garaged or has sun visors in place. i am experiencing the same cracked/cracking dash as others. there is absolutely no reason for this to occur. i too wonder what is going to happen if ever my air bags deploy. the cracking so far is on the passenger side dash. this started either in fall of 2012. i have never owned a car with airbags that had this problem. | |||

| Since 2009 my dash board has been cracking and as i have search for a possible recall, i have been unable to find one that shows toyota is taking responsibility on it. i have searched online and there seems to be a lot of people who have complained about their dash cracking and toyota taking no ownership of a possible defect in it. as time progresses there are more crack that are appearing and i am afrad that it will get worse if my air bag on the passenger side deploys. | |||

| My 2006 toyotal camry solara's dashboard is cracked and more cracks seem to appear out of nowhere. the vehicle is garaged and under shade during the day. it has been cracked for years and continues the same trend. i've seen other toytotas with cracked dashboards, there must be a service bulletin for this. i could ignore it for a while, but now it has gone too far. | |||

| The dashboard has been cracking for about 6 months. it is a garaged automobile and when parked outside, there is always a factory (toyota) front sunscreen in use. this is totally unacceptable for a car that is well maintained and garaged. | |||

| The driver's side power window buttons suddenly began smoking and caught fire as i was driving home. the fire burnt a hole in the console. | |||
