| Tl*the contact owns a 2001 toyota corolla. while driving approximately 40 to 50 mph approaching a traffic light he was rear ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of him. the drivers seat base failed causing the seat to move forward push him under the dashboard. the driver?s frontal air bag did not deploy. he sustained injuries to his back and knee. the insurance company sold the vehicle to a dealer. report number 0908117300 was filed with the manufacturer manufacturer also stated that an inspector would inspect the vehicle; however, they have denied the claim since the contact no longer owns the vehicle and they are not obligated to do so. the waco police department report number was 09-18449. the failure and current mileages were 106,268. | |||
