| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 toyota corolla. the contact was involved in a crash. the vehicle was destroyed. while driving approximately 60 mph, the contact attempted to apply pressure to the brakes when the vehicle continued to accelerate forward causing her to hit another vehicle. it was raining when the incident occured; however, the air bags did not deploy nor did the seat belt restrain her, causing the contact to hit her head on the windshield. the contact sustained bruising and swelling throughout her body and several cuts to her head. the dealer was not informed; however, the manufacture was contacted and the contact was awaiting a response. the current and failure mileages was approximately 29,500. a police was available. bw | |||
