| On jan.7th. around 10:00pm my son and his cousin and her boy friend was going to the store for snacks. the road was covered with snow and he had the fjcruiser in 4-wheel drive. the fj crusier slid off the road and flipped over into the river. the vehicle has several air bags in it and not one of them deployed. thank god, they were not hurt, although thye did go to the hospital. need less to say the fjcrusier was totaled. no one of the air bags went off. | |||

| Tl - the contact owns a 2007 toyota fj cruiser. the contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph in the snow the contact lost control of the vehicle and went down a dish, hitting several trees. he also mentioned that although the vehicle impacted several trees none of the air bags in the vehicle deployed. the vehicle was taken into a local shop where they estimated over $ 12,000 worth of damage to the vehicle. the vehicle is currently being repaired. the failure and current mileage was 60,000. pm | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 toyota fj cruiser. the contact stated they were side swiped by another vehicle and the air bags did not deploy. the contact was driving in snowy conditions and while sitting a four way stop the contact started to make a left hand when a vehicle came through the intersection and hit the vehicle on the driver side and pushed the vehicle all the way across the intersection and into the curb. the air bags did not deploy and this caused the driver to sustain injuries to his neck and spine that the contact is still having surgeries to repair. the vehicle was able to be driven after the accident. the insurance company stated that the side step on the vehicle took of brunt of the collision causing the air bags not to deploy.the failure mileage was 7604 and the current mileage was 37578. | |||
