The head rests in car push head too far forward, and are not adjustable. i had to turn the head rest around backwards, which is unsafe in the event of a crash. i told toyota about this, but they have not responded. *nm
SEATS - FRONT ASSEMBLY - RECLINER

When in the driver's seat and the lever to adjust the angle of the seat back is lifted, the seat back moves away from the driver's back and does not return. if no one is in the seat sometimes the seat back when pushed back will return forward but slowly and weakly. driving and attempting to adjust the seat requires the vehicle be steered, the seat lever kept lifted and reaching back to pull the seat forward. this unnerving and unsafe. *jb
