| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 toyota rav-4. the contact stated that after purchasing a vehicle that came equipped with a tow package he decided to have the trailer hitch attached on at his dealer. prior to having the electrical harness and switch module installed the corporate office had advised his dealer to not do the work due to a known defect that they have discovered. the dealer continued to do the work even though they were advised not to. the type of defect has not been disclosed and the contact has not experienced any failures. the current mileage on the vehicle was 13,000. tb | |||
