| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 toyota scion xb. while driving approximately 25 mph he noticed he could not hear the warning chimes for the seat belt if there were not buckled. he stated the chime was not loud enough. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the dealer advised him that it was the design of the vehicle. the manufacture has not been contacted. the vin was unavailable. the failure mileage was 10 and the current mileage was 13,500. vwb | |||
