 Tl* the contact owns a 2004 toyota sequoia. the contact stated that while driving 40 mph, the brake was engaged however, the vehicle hesitated and exhibited a loud noise before stalling. the traction control, brake and check engine warning lights all illuminated after the failure occurred. the vehicle was restarted and the traction control and brake warning lights remained illuminated. the vehicle was taken to a local mechanic who performed a diagnostic, locating the failure at the wheel speed sensor, the ecu, engine control module and the abs control system. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the failure and current mileage was 113,761.
