| Toyota siena had a recall of spare tire and placed the spare tire in the back of the van without securing it. the tire has not been secured and is a security risk in hard braking for the passengers in the backseat with one seat folded down. toyota refused to address the issue. they asked me to file arbitration and also told me that they do not have a plan to harness the tire. | |||
