| On day of the accident, it was snowing and road conditions were icy and slippery. as vehicle was going around the bend, driver noticed cars were stopped at a signal. driver could not stop vehicle in time to avoid a crash since abs brakes locked all the wheels and the car was sliding and so driver swerved to avoid crashing into other cars and hit a tree head-on. vehicle sustained front-end damage. air bags did not deploy. *tr | |||

| Was t-boned by someone who failed to yield on green. he was given a ticket. i was through the intersection going 34.8 miles/hour at the triggering event. has toyota do inspection on car and chip. it only registered a front event. repair costs are 12k, this included replacing both driver side doors????? why did the airbags not deploy or better yet why was there not even a side event registered when he clearly hit me in the side?? suffered a concussion and neck back injuries. had my 6 and 2 year old in the back in car seats. *tr | |||
