| Tl* the contact owns a 2009 toyota sienna. the contact stated that while driving 60 mph, another vehicle crashed into their vehicle at a 45 degree angle from the front. the front passenger seat belt was secured at the waist but did not stop the passenger from flying forward and sustaining injuries to the head and abrasions near the eyes. the police were contacted and a report was filed. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where they advised the contact that the vehicle was destroyed. the manufacturer had not been contacted. the failure mileage was approximately 73,000. | |||
