| 1. original d/s seatbelt assembly replaced after repeated episodes of belt locking up and not slacking out, and also not retracting properly. replaced by dealer at no cost under goodwill warranty. 2. have had same problems w/replacement d/s seatbelt (locking up/not retracting), and also now buckle, since summer 2001. 15 complaints currently in nhtsa database for similar problems for t100 1993-1997. 3. re: nhtsa action #pe02039, my clutch pedal bracket failed june 1999 due to numerous stress fractures; i still have defective bracket for examination.*ak | |||

| The seatbelts do not retract they have been replaces 2 times by the dealership and have let go once again this causes the seatbelts to get slammed in the doors and exposes the tag that says they must be replaced. it also causes extreme ware and tear on the seatbelt potentially causing a very dangerous situation. | |||

| Seat belt fails to retract fully when umbuckled(weak spring?). dealer replace 3 times(warr) still bad. hazard due to belt occasionally staying jammed in door compromising belt spool lockup function. other t100's have same problem. | |||
