| Tl-the contact owns a 2011 toyota tacoma. the contact stated while driving at 40mph in the wrong lane the vehicle was crashed in the rear and the front passenger, and rear right passenger seat belt failed to restrain causing the front passenger head to hit the dash board, and the right rear passenger head to hit the right front seat. the passenger received injuries to the face and head. the manufacturer took a report 1011152371 and an engineer examined the seat belts and advised that the seat belt was operating properly. the seat belts were not replaced. the failure mileage was 386 and the failure mileage was 10,800. li | |||
