 I purchased my 2005 toyota matrix 5/7/05. 1 week later i started to have a intermintent starting problem. some times it will start after 5 -10 seconds other times it will not start and i will have to turn the key back and retry. dealership and toyota refuses to acknowledge the problem. i have had my car there 4 times already. toyota refuses to help unless you go through arbirtration. unfortunetly for us consumers we are stuck with a vehicle that will probably end up failing us. this is very bad customer service. i doubt after buying 3 toyotas i will never buy another one. i do not feel safe in this vehicle. toyota has issused bulletins about this problem check with dealership for bulletins.
