 Tl*the contact owns a 2005 toyota tundra. while driving 45 mph, the rear window shattered in the vehicle. the contact covered the window with a sleeping bag and drove to her residence. through online research, she noticed numerous complaints for the same failure she experienced. the manufacturer stated that there were no recalls; therefore, the contact would be responsible for the repair. the vehicle has not yet been repaired. the current and failure mileages were 48,000. updated 03/17/09. *lj updated 03/17/09.*jb

 Windows are very loose and rattle excessively. truck has been to dealer seven times, they did have a bulletin on the window regulator and replaced it but it was not the source of the problem. dealer gave up on the problem and said it could not be fixed. *jb

 Tl*the contact owns a 2005 toyota tundra. the contact stated that the windshield displayed a bubble affect in the glass disrupting his vision. the contact took the vehicle to an authorized toyota dealer and was informed that the failure was not related to any existing recalls. the failure mileage was 32,000 and the current mileage was 35,000.

 Windshield wiper motor failed to work. 6 month old truck and the windshield wiper motor assembly failed. toyota fixed it under warranty. had to wait 2 days for the parts. 10 month later the windshield wiper motor failed again. this is a truck with less then 20k miles. in both cases i had to drive home in the rain without any wipers. 1st incident 2/22/06, 2nd 12/25/06. *nm
