I just purchased a 2010 tundra two weeks ago. while on highway this truck shakes uncontrolably. it feels like it is bending in the middle between a cabin and a bed. while driving everyone in the truck keeps bouncing off the seat at times. if this was disclosed as normal as dealer says i would have never bought this truck. also i noticed scratches started appearing on my truck and it has on 500 miles on it especial around door handles. i am affraid to wash it.

Tl-the contact owns a 2010 toyota tundra. the contact stated that the vehicle was equipped with a jack that would not raise the vehicle to a sufficient height when replacing tires. as a result, the contact would have to use a jack that did not come with the vehicle. an authorized dealer was notified and the contact was informed that the jack was not sufficient for the size of the vehicle. the manufacturer was made aware of the vehicle and offered no assistance. the failure mileage was 16,000. kmj

Driving on the east 118 going on the 3rd lane just before desoto ave. the truck starts to bounce violently. i was traveling at about 65 mph and moved to the number 4 lane, same thing--bed bounce was violent for about 2 miles. this is very dangerous because it felt like i had very limited control of the truck while bouncing. i haven't had a chance to look at the bed or the back of the cab to see if either was affected. this is not how a normal vehicle should operate.

The truck bounces real bad on some concrete roads at about 65 mph to the point i have to slow down or change lanes to get it to stop. on the same roads i can not hold the gas pedal steady its revving the engine up on every bounce i think the recall made the peddle to sensitive on rough roads. *tr
