| I was driving home from work when the battery light came on when i pulled into my drive way. i smelled something burning and there was smoke coming from under the hood of my 2007 yaris. i popped the hood and the alternator was on fire. i poured water on it to put it out and disconnected the battery. it was still making an odd sound so i poured some more water on it and it started smoking again. | |||
