I was driving my 2007 toyota yaris when the hook that holds the drivers side floor mat broke loose from the vehicle's floor. the floor mat worked its way up and jammed the gas pedal when i was pulling out in traffic. the only way i was able to slow the car down was to kick the gas pedal several times. i came very close to rear ending a vehicle ahead of me. *tr

Radio faded in and out. have been dealing with the dealership for 6 months. they have contacted the radio manufacturer , fujitsu ten and toyota. the dealership replaced the radio and antenna system, but no success. they continued to contact the radio manufacturer and toyota, but they have no solutions to the problem. the dealership informed me yesterday that there was nothing more they could do. my options were to deal with it or pursue the lemon law. in addition, i was given a 2007 camry loaner car while they looked into the problem, and the radio in it did the same thing. the service manager and i drove another new yaris that was on the lot, and it had the same problem. *ak
