This complaint refers to a motorcyle which failed 4 times, twice at highway speeds. both times i was very nearly hit. i sued under the maryland lemon law after the 4th failure. during testimony, triumph's top mechanic in north american, john fields, testified that they have had several examples of this problem. he attributed it to people filling the gas tanks too full. whatever the cause, consumers who own these motorcycles now should be warned. failure of a motorcycle at highway speeds will eventually lead to deaths. it would be a shame if this problem is not addressed until someone dies.*ak
