| Defect Summary | Utility trailer is recalling certain model year 2011 vs2ra heavy duty trucks, manufactured from december 2010 through march 2011, equipped with gunite automatic slack adjusters. due to an incomplete knitting of the iron at the time of casting, inadequate structural integrity of the slack adjuster housing can occur, which could cause the housing to break at the handle under normal operating loads. | |||||||||||||||

| Tl - the contact owns a 2011 pace american trailer work sport vmpa (n.a). the contact stated that the trailer was supposed to be rated for 2000 lbs and while hauling a lawn tractor that weights approximately 500 lbs, the floor felt through. the trailer was taken back to the store who stated that the trailer was defective since the floor was rated for only 200 lbs. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who offered to pay for the repairs. the trailer was not repaired. the failure and current mileage was 200. pm | |||

| Tl - the contact owns a 2011 haul master 90154 na. the contact stated that the utility trailer comes in a kit with instructions to put it together but the parts are not label therefore it was impossible to assemble. also the contact believe this was a safety issue because someone could assemble it incorrectly and it could result in a mayor accident. the manufacturer was contacted who did not offered any assistance. the trailer was assemble. pm | |||

| Tl - the contact owns a 2011 p.w trailer world ee8720. the contact stated that his trailer was a 14000 lbs with a 10,000 lbs hitch coupler. he mentioned that the manufacturer had this coupler place on the trailer to increase profitability. the manufacturer was contacted who stated that they would be willing to cut the coupler off and replace it with the correct one. the contact decided to returned the vehicle and get a refund since all the other trailers had the same problem. the failure and current mileage was 0. pm | |||
