| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 vw jetta. the tires were replaced september 17, 2010. the contact noticed the rear rims, and right front rim bent. the manufacturer took a report 1003146. the vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. the diagnosed found the rims were defected and no evidence of an accident that caused the rims to bend. however the manufacturer concluded they will not replaced the defected rims under the warranty. the contact also wanted to state the passenger rear tire blew the tire shop didn't locate a failure on the tire. the contact daughter drives the vehicle. the failure mileage was 41,000 and the current mileage was 42,000. li | |||
