 Consumer states that the bolts came out of the cab, the cab is now uneven on the frame, it seems that the bolts were drilled into the frame incorrectly. *jb

 Tires are yokohama 295/75r22.5, single max load 6175lb and 5674 dual. the problem with this vehicle is the fawr is 13,200lb and tires are only rated for 12,350. ofter he runs over 12,350 on the front steer and up to 12,900 plus on the front steer, he can get under 12000 for wgt restrictive states. gone throught 5 sets of steer tires and has done 4 front axle alignments on veh, current mileage is 265,213.

 Fawr is 13,200 and steer tires are michlin 11r22.5 with max single load of 6175, or 12,350. front axle normally weighes 11,900, but if the consumer pulls the trailer at gross the tires could ne easily overloaded, the dual tanks are located completely aft.

 Within the first 7,000 miles, vehicle became unstable, driveline vibrations, looseness in steering, rough ride, numerous attempts were made to correct condition. problem caused by loose front crossmember allowing frame to twist. when fuel tanks are full the front axle is overweight. *mjs

 The location of the fuel tanks causes the front axle to become overweight when fuel is added to both tanks, volvo agreed to make changes by stretching the chassis and moving the tanks farther back, however the changes would void the warranty. *slc
