2007 volvo 780, bought in 7-31-2006, when driving from texas to california we had problems with transmission going into gear. from that time on the problems have gotten worse and to the point of being unsafe. it breaks down frequently and won't go into gear. we have been towed numerous times and have lost revenue. it has melted wires and components. the computer throws out codes that indicates problems with the computer, electrical, transmission, vehicle, brakes, etc., etc. the truck has been down numerous times. most recent, down in october of 07, down in dec. of 07, down in april 07 two times. is now broken down in slc, ut and is at the volvo dealership there. i bought a new truck so that it would be reliable like volvo claimed it to be. it now just shuts down and you are dead in your tracks. it has melted two voltage doublers. it is unsafe to be on the road. i want a new truck, one that runs. i paid for the new truck, i pay my monthly payments even when the truck is broken down. volvo has a ten point service commitment that they don't keep. i need help! i'm going to loose my contract with fed ex and go out of business because this truck is a lemon! please inform me if you know what i can do, who i can talk to, where i can go for assistance to get to the bottom of this on going problem that has not yet been resolved. thank you! *tr
