Consumer states there is a problem with the over weight steering axle, consumer states he believes the problem is the location of the fuel tanks, because the only time that the vehicle is at the correct weight is when there is only a quarter of a tank of fuel, if the fuel tanks are full with a loaded trailer attached then the vehicle becomes over weight.*jb

STRUCTURE - FRAME AND MEMBERS
1
The vehicle is experincing a problem with the proximate to the cross members within the frame rails, they are of insufficient strength to keep the frame rails within acceptable flexibility parameters when turning a corner under a minimal stress load, the extra flexing of the frame rail causes a temporary breech in the contact points between the frame and the forward drive axle, resulting in the forward drive axle becoming misaligned when closed which also causes trust problem to the stess axle as the forward drive axle is pushed in at an angle to the forward straight line, all of this causes the vehicle to drift and wander (class 8 volvo semi tractor). nlm
