| Consumer states while driving he experienced a blow out of the left rear continental tire, vehicle was taken in to a tire dealer to examine the 2 front tires, consumer was advised that the steel belts which ensure strength and integrity of the tire had shifted within the tire causing flat spots and unevenness on the tire surfaces when the tire hit the road, consumer states the vehicle's steering column was vibrating, he knew something was wrong with the tires, consumer then took vehicle into local volvo dealer and was advised that volvo's vehicles no longer came equipped with continental tires and would not state the reason why, therefore consumer received replacement tires of another brand. *jb | |||
