 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 ruff and tuff nev 2 electric vehicle. the contact stated that after parking the vehicle it started to smoke. after inspecting he noticed that the wiring harness was the cause of the failure. the contact cut the wiring harness out of the vehicle to prevent a fire. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. the vehicle has not been repaired. the vehicle does not come with mileage due to it being electrical.
