| The gas pressure regulator bracket had broken free of the vehicle and was forced backward into the propane storage tank. the propane storage tank ruptured and immediately exhausted about 15 pounds of propane. consumer states that there are no effective shields protecting the pressure regulator bracket edge and there are no effective shields protecting the propane tank. consumer states that considering the nature of propane the road clearance of the pressure regulator bracket and the propane equipment are insufficient to reduce the likelihood of a catastrophic release of propane. *scc | |||
