 Tl*the contact owns a 2007 yamaha royal star 1300. the contact stated that when applying pressure to the brake pedal the vehicle would not stop. increased stopping distances increased the risk for a vehicle crash. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and a technician concluded that because there was heat build-up in the break system, it needed to be replaced. the vehicle is currently being repaired. the failure mileage was 5,000 and the current mileage was 15,000.
