| 2008 yamaha vstar 1100 making loud whin from the middle gear area. had to stop riding the bike because the middle gear bolt had came lose and the nut was going into the ujoint. had to have the hole rearend taken apart and put on and retore to shop spec., did put locktite on nut. this is realy bade because this would have locked up the rear tire and would have been real bad for the person on the bike. | |||

| Starter clutch on 2008 yamaha v star 1100 motorcycle is defective .yamaha knows this and is selling a repair kit for around $550.this is happing on most all of the v-star bike around the 13-30 thousand mile mark | |||
