| I was driving on a parkway and moved into the left lane to pass and when i accelerated, the gas pedal stuck and would not release. the car continued to accelerate -- i braked to slow down however, the gas pedal was still stuck. after tapping on the gas pedal for about 10 seconds, it finally released. | |||

| After reaching an appropriate speed on a highway, i eased off the gas pedal but the car continued to accelerate. i removed my foot from the gas pedal entirely but the pedal stayed down. i shifted the car into neutral, turned on my hazards and pulled over to the breakdown lane. i got out of my car and checked the still depressed pedal to see if anything was obstructing it and there was nothing. i pulled the pedal up and the engine stopped reving. | |||

| Tire jack for 2008 audi a4 failed. the car was jacked up on a flat concrete surface with the parking break engaged as stated in the manual. a minute after settling, the jack failed for no apparent reason. the jack has caused damage to the sideskirt and door secrtion due to the car falling on to it. sumbitted a warranty claim with audi of america. however audi denied the warranty claim with no tecnical explanation as to why the jack falied. upon researching the topic, i have found this is a very common occurance among other a4 owners. | |||
