| Bmw 328xi headrest extending too far forward. *kb the consumer stated sitting completely against the back of the seat, the headrest bends the neck and forces the driver to look at the floor. the consumer wrote to bmw asking them to change the headrests and they responded by saying there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and since he was under contract, he was forbidden to make any changes. *jb | |||
