| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 bmw 328i. the contact stated that the rear driver's door would not unlock. the contact was unable to unlock the door using the manual key or the electronic key fob. the front driver's side door was also affected. the vehicle was taken to the dealer but a diagnostic was not performed. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who was waiting for the results of the diagnostic. the vin was not available. the approximate failure and current mileage was 63,000. kmj | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 bmw 328i. the contact stated the key lock actuator failed; whenever she unlocked the doors the latch on the front drivers and front passengers side failed to lock. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated she needed all four actuators to function in order for the locks to work properly. the contact was advised that the repair cost was $1200 at her expense; however, the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was unknown. rvk | |||

| When trying to use the convertible roof- it tries to put itself into the trunk when the trunk is closed. roof gets stuck 1/2 way open and closed. the dealer has tried to fix it 3 times. the roof still continues to try to put itself into the trunk with the trunk closed. roof has bent itself trying to put itself into a closed trunk. roof has broken parts as a result of its attempt to put convertible roof into a closed trunk. car is inoperable in this condition as the roof is not secure. any attempt to drive the car might cause the roof to bounce around as it is not connected and locked! *tr | |||
