 Tl- the contact owns a 2011 bmw 328i. the contact stated that the front driver seat was not positioned properly and caused the driver to sustain severe back and shoulder problems. the vehicle was taken to a dealer who stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that a specialist would diagnose the vehicle. the contact was awaiting a callback from the specialist. the manufacturer was contacted about the failure. the failure mileage was 22,000. mah

 Tl-the contact owns a 2011 bmw 328i. the contact stated the driver seat in not positioned properly and caused the driver to have server back and shoulder problems. the contact took the vehicle to a dealer for a diagnostic test. the dealer stated their was nothing wrong with the vehicle. the dealer stated a specialist would diagnose the vehicle. the dealer stated they would call the contact when the specialist was available but the dealer had not called the contact at this time. the contact called the manufacturer regarding the driver seat. the manufacturer stated they could replace the driver seat at the contact's expense. the failure mileage was 22,000. jo
