| Tl*- the contact stated that upon receiving thec 2007 cadillac escalade with 3 failure miles the retractable steps on both sides of the vehicle were not working. the contact heard a humming sound while driving, as if the steps were attempting to slide out. the vehicle was taken to the dealer to be repaired, but there still had been no resolution to the problem. there have been 2 falls, resulting in injuries due to the retractable steps not working. the vehicle has not been repaired. *ak | |||
