| Fax fwd ltr fm (va) re defective navigation system and disc player in their cadillac escalade, gm cadillac customer service center has been non responsive to his inquiries. *kb just before the warranty expired, a new navigation radio was installed. there was a problem with the last disc that was installed. it failed at the beginning of august 2009. the consumer took the vehicle back to the dealership where they were informed the disc had scratches on it and nothing could be done. *jb | |||
