SEAT BELTS

Seat belts on both driver & passenger seats do not retract properly. if belts are not manually pulled in they hang loosely. also on several occasions, belts will be very tight when wearing (across chest). if you try to move forward you are unable. the initial problem with seat belts not retracting started happening occasionally about 2 yrs ago but now happens all the time. it is extremely frustrating to not have the seat belt work properly and to have to manually pull seatbelt in. i have been searching various websites to see if chevy has done any recalls on this problem & haven't seen anything. i feel this is a safety problem since state law requires us to always wear seatbelts when driving. *tr
