 Tl- the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet monte carlo. the contact stated that while attempting to accelerate from a traffic stop, the vehicle would not respond and the contact was unable to shift into any gear. after several minutes, the vehicle became responsive. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and but they were unable to diagnose the failure. the manufacturer was contacted and stated to the contact that if the dealer was unable to diagnose the vehicle, then they were unable to assist. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 60,000 and the current mileage was 71,000. kmj
